Find help at GriefShare, a 13-week group meeting for joining together and learning how to walk through grief. GriefShare is for anyone who has suffered the loss of a spouse, child, family member, or friend. This is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences.
Weekly topics include:
- Is this normal?
- Guilt and anger
- Challenges
- Why?
- What do I live for now?

GriefShare offers several special 2-hour events designed to provide support and comfort during difficult times.
Our Loss of a Spouse event provides practical advice and support for those who have lost their beloved spouse. This event offers a safe space to learn from experts, connect with others who understand your grief, and share your experiences.
The holiday season can be particularly challenging after a loss. Our Surviving the Holidays event offers strategies from experts and encouragement from others to help you cope with the emotional ups and downs you’ll likely encounter during this season.
